Slider blade two-color injection molding is to complete injection molding of two materials in same cavity, so blade two-color mold is same as rotating two-color mold, with two sets of gating systems.
Hot runner gating system is filled with hard rubber: nozzle of runner system is generally designed on panel of mold to match main barrel of injection molding machine.
