Robert has been in the mold making industry since he was 16 years old. He has been engaged in the manufacturing of high-precision molds for home appliances, digital electronics, medical and various high-end multi-color products for 25 years.
During this period, He studies hard, constantly grows, and dare to innovate. He was promoted from the first-line staff to the mold team leader, mold department supervisor, production department manager, and thus vice president of the company.
He insist “technology first, quality first, innovation first and service first” mold making philosophy, and gradually formed the mold quality control system and scientific production management system in the work of Taiwan-funded, Hong Kong-funded, and American-funded enterprises in the past decades years.
